Mobile Shredder — Professional Solid Waste Processing for Efficient On-Site Recovery

The mobile shredder is a step change in solid waste processing, built for today's recycling industry. Mounted on a tracked chassis, it moves freely around the job site — eliminating the relocation problems of fixed shredding plants. A high-performance hydraulic system and purpose-made alloy cutters handle construction & demolition waste, scrap metal, wood and many other materials with ease.

Its core strengths come down to three things. First, a modular cutter disc design shortens tool changes and lifts productivity. Second, an intelligent control system monitors machine status in real time, with IoT-based remote fault diagnosis. Third, strong environmental performance: a fully enclosed body with pulse dust collection and operating noise below 75 dB. Power comes from a diesel engine as standard, with electric or hybrid drive available to suit different site conditions.

With throughput of 20–80 t/h and output size adjustable from 30–200 mm, the mobile shredder is ideally suited to building demolition, end-of-life vehicle dismantling and industrial solid waste processing.
