The Jushengding waste cable recycling line is an intelligent recovery system designed for complex wire and cable of all kinds. Using leading physical separation technology, it processes copper- and aluminum-bearing feedstock including BV single-core wire, RV stranded flexible wire, automotive harnesses, communication cable and aluminum-core power cable. The core process runs three-stage crushing with multi-stage sorting: fine crushing to 3–5 mm, then a combined eddy current separator and high-precision electrostatic separator fully liberate copper and aluminum from plastic.

Processing

The copper granulator is a clean-process machine for recovering waste wire and cable of all kinds. Through crushing and sorting it separates copper from plastic with high efficiency, recovering more than 99% of the copper. Dry physical separation means no polluting discharge, and the recovered copper granules reach 99.5% purity — ready for direct use in copper product manufacturing. An intelligent control system keeps operation simple, with throughput of 1–5 t/h across all wire and cable specifications. Core components in wear-resistant alloy give long service life and low maintenance costs — an ideal choice for cable recyclers.
