Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options and Trade Terms

Jushengding ships worldwide, covering all major seaports and international airports. Our default delivery term is FOB China.

• Default seaport: Qingdao Port, China
• Default airport: Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG)

Under CIF (cost, insurance and freight) terms: quotations exclude destination-port clearance fees, import duties, local sales taxes and all other destination-country charges — all such local costs are borne by the buyer.

2. Shipping Methods

Sea freight

Suited to heavy machinery, large complete units and volume orders — the most cost-effective option and the first choice for regular export orders.

Air freight

Suited to urgent orders, spare parts and small consignments — faster transit at a higher cost than sea freight.

3. Standard Shipping Procedure

Dispatch confirmation email

Once your order leaves the warehouse, we send an official dispatch confirmation to your registered email, containing the complete logistics and documentation details:

• Sea bill of lading number / air express tracking number
• Estimated time of arrival (ETA)
• Freight invoice and full clearance documents (on request)

With the tracking number, you can follow the shipment's progress in real time.

Split shipments

For very large orders and complete equipment sets, we may split delivery across multiple containers and batches according to stock readiness, cargo volume and shipping schedules. Every batch carries its own tracking number, and all numbers are consolidated into the dispatch confirmation email.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can check shipping progress through three channels:

1. Click the dedicated tracking link in the dispatch notification email;

2. Visit the Jushengding website and inquire via the Contact section;

3. Send your order number to our service email for a status update.

5. Customs Clearance and Import Taxes

Depending on the destination country's customs regulations, orders may incur import duties, VAT, clearance service fees and other local charges. Unless otherwise agreed by contract, all import taxes and clearance costs are borne in full by the buyer.

If you need our assistance with import clearance documents, we provide the following free of charge:

• Commercial invoice
• Packing list
• Bill of lading / air waybill
• Certificate of origin (on request)

6. Estimated Dispatch Times (from receipt of full payment)

• Standard equipment: 7–10 working days
• Customized machinery: 25–35 working days, depending on complexity
• Complete production lines: 45–60 working days, depending on project scale
