Metal Recovery

Jushengding's tire-derived fuel (TDF) technology converts end-of-life tires into efficient clean energy. Rubber chips produced by professional shredding equipment carry a calorific value well above coal, making them an ideal fossil-fuel substitute for cement kilns and power plants. Our TDF line uses intelligent sorting to safeguard fuel quality while optionally retaining a controlled steel-wire fraction to improve cement clinker performance. For special categories such as OTR tires, we provide a matching wire-recovery system that extracts metal efficiently during fuel preparation — a double return for the customer. This mature solution is simple to operate, cuts energy costs effectively, and advances the industrial shift to green energy.

Finished Products and Uses

Jushengding's rubber recycling technology gives end-of-life tires a new life. Through precisely engineered shredding, granulation and fine grinding, we convert waste rubber into recycled materials in multiple specifications. These high-quality rubber granules serve safety surfacing for sports grounds, landscape paving and other green building materials, and can be processed into modified-asphalt additives that markedly improve road durability and vibration damping.
