1. What does Jushengding do?

Zhengzhou Jushengding is a global provider of complete solid waste recycling solutions, focused on developing, designing and manufacturing shredders, crushers, granulators, waste sorting equipment, complete RDF production lines and recycling machinery of all kinds — serving projects that process scrap metal, waste tires, municipal solid waste, e-waste and many other materials.

2. How do I get a formal quotation?

Contact us through the website inquiry form or by sending an RFQ by email. We will issue a complete quotation within 48 hours, together with a detailed technical specification sheet. All commercial quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

3. Which international trade terms (Incoterms) do you offer?

We can arrange a range of terms to suit your logistics needs:

• EXW (Ex Works): pick up directly at our Zhengzhou factory

• FOB Qingdao / Shanghai: free on board at the port of shipment

• CIF: cost, insurance and freight to the destination port

• DAP (Delivered at Place): door-to-door delivery available On request, we can also assist with customs clearance and local inland delivery.

4. Which export documents are provided with shipment?

Every shipment comes with a full set of standard clearance documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / air waybill, certificate of origin (on request), and CE/ISO equipment certification (standard for applicable models). Where local customs require more, we can arrange SGS or BV inspection reports, embassy legalization and other additional documents.

5. How is the equipment shipped?

Logistics are matched to the equipment: small single machines ship by DHL, UPS or FedEx international express; mid-sized equipment travels by sea as LCL or FCL; complete production lines ship in full containers or by ro-ro vessel. We can assist with export declaration and end-to-end logistics coordination throughout.

6. What are the production and delivery lead times?

• Standard in-stock models: dispatched 7–10 days after full payment

• Customized equipment: 25–35 days for production plus logistics

• Turnkey complete lines: 45–60 days, adjusted to project complexity

7. Do you provide installation and operator training?

Two service options are available:

1. For large projects, our technicians can travel to your site for installation and hands-on training;

2. All customers receive remote video guidance plus a complete printed installation manual, sufficient to install and commission the equipment independently.

8. Does imported equipment need local permits or approval?

Import regulations vary by country, so we recommend confirming entry requirements with your local customs in advance. We can supply HS codes, equipment compliance certificates and a full set of clearance documents to support your import formalities.

9. Can I visit the factory before ordering?

Customers are warmly welcome to visit our facility, which houses complete machining lines and an equipment testing workshop. If an in-person visit is not convenient, a live virtual factory tour can be arranged.

10. How do I get after-sales technical support?

We provide round-the-clock technical service:

• Real-time fault guidance by email, phone and video;

• On-site technical residency available overseas for large turnkey projects;
