The Jushengding WEEE recycling line combines intelligent sorting with shredding technology to process refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, televisions and other end-of-life appliances efficiently, maximizing resource recovery. Processing and Separation

The Jushengding WEEE recycling line runs an intelligent end-to-end process, converting end-of-life appliances into high-purity recoverable resources through automated dismantling, multi-stage shredding and precise sorting. After primary shredding in a double-shaft shredder, magnetic, eddy current and optical sorting separate ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal and plastics efficiently — metal recovery above 98%, plastic purity above 95%. Secondary size reduction uses an intelligently regulated hammer shredder, with electrostatic and air sorting for deep recovery of appliance and circuit-board precious metals and plastic granules. The finished metal ingots and recycled pellets feed directly into manufacturing — closing the resource loop.

Processing Scope

The Jushengding WEEE recycling line processes discarded appliances across three categories: large white goods, brown goods and small electronics. Specifically, it handles the metal frames, compressors and plastic housings of refrigerators, air conditioners and washing machines; the glass screens, circuit boards and wiring of televisions and computer monitors; and the components of microwaves, fans, water heaters and other small appliances.
