Processing and Separation
The line separates material efficiently through several machines working in concert under intelligent control. Processing begins with even feeding from a chain plate feeder, whose variable-frequency drive adjusts feed rate intelligently to the material so downstream stages run steadily. The feed then enters the core sorting stage, where a purpose-designed disc-type soil-stone separator performs fine screening: its disc arrangement and vibration system separate sticky soil from stone effectively, with throughput 40% higher than conventional equipment.
During separation, heavy-duty conveyors form a three-dimensional material-flow network: inclined conveyors handle primary elevation, belt conveyors transfer the sorted fractions, and a return conveyor recirculates off-spec material for reprocessing. All conveyors run wear-resistant rubber belting with intelligent tensioning for stable transport under heavy loads. Multi-stage screening finally yields recycled aggregate and cleaned soil graded to the required particle sizes.
