Material Recovery and Reuse

In construction & demolition (C&D) waste processing, Jushengding provides comprehensive material recovery technology, separating metals, plastics, wood and other fractions precisely for high-value reuse. Our intelligent sorting system applies multi-stage recovery to replace landfill disposal entirely, lifting waste conversion to 100%.

Metal recovery combines high-intensity magnetic separation with eddy current sorting to extract rebar, copper, aluminum and other valuable metals at better than 98% purity. For light fractions such as plastics and leather, optical and air sorting convert them into standard RDF fuel with calorific value up to 4,500 kcal/kg.

Wood fractions are classified automatically by an intelligent recognition system: large timber is processed into feedstock for recycled panels, while wood fragments become biomass fuel.
